Executive Chef Kavi Hurrydoss

Has a career path which has earned him a solid reputation and taken him from Mauritius to Culinary "Meccas" in London, Japan, Dubai, New Caledonia and over the last 8 years heading the "Meat and Wine Company", whose Flagship Restaurant is situated at Darling Harbour.

Training at the World Famous Ecole Patissière of Henri Le Nôtre, further enhanced Hurrydoss' already impressive résumé .

Recently featured in Food Safari, kavi took the audience on a discovery tour of Mauritian Cuisine.
