Scribbly Gum now has new owners, building on Scribbly Gum's reputation for fine food and adding a new sense of style and fun.

Acclaimed and Award winning Executive Chef Kavi Hurrydoss, as featured on Food Safari, has teamed up with Bernard and Marie-Eve Mallet to focus on establishing a new fresh innovative culinary experience in Gosford.

The menu has been transformed, delivering an exciting dining experience. Fine wines and Beers will accompany "Tapas" style dishes on Thursdays and Fridays from 5:30 to 7:30pm.
